Action Word - A word that requires you to change your course (Right, Left, South, etc.) Turn - A change of course and direction at an intersection. The following action words indicate a Turn: Right, Left, North, South, East, West (and their variants: example: Northeast, Easterly), Turn, Acute, Bear, Keep, Take and/or others. Right - Turn Right Left - Turn Left South/East/North/West - Turn in the compass heading indicated. Take - Drive upon the road indicated. |
|
Note the reason all route instructions do not just read LEFT ON JONES, RIGHT ON SMITH, etc. is that it is 1. Boring, 2. Limited. 3. Because you have trouble basing gimmicks on stuff like that. Obviously if you have crossroad, sideroad, opportunity, Tee, etc. you have more things that you can do to fool the rallyist. |
